User Data Deletion

If you want us to delete your account and associated personal data, please submit a deletion request by email.
How to request deletion
- Email support@dis-ai.com from the address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include your account email and any relevant details needed to verify ownership.
What we typically delete
- Account profile information and authentication records.
- Application data directly tied to your user account.
- Stored session-related records no longer required for security.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, fraud prevention, security, or audit purposes. If your account involved payments, certain billing and transaction records may be retained as required by law or processor policy.
Timing and verification
We may request additional details to verify your identity before deleting data. Once verified, we aim to complete deletion requests within a reasonable period.
Self-service deletion
We do not currently provide an in-app self-service account deletion control. Please use the email process above.
